I just had my computer cleaned and now it works so much better. They access remotely and will fix and assist you with all your computer and device needs. 1 use the Windows Task scheduler, set to run on specific users logins. Windows 8 Manager is an all-in-one utility for Microsoft Windows 8 specially. There is only one annual price which covers all my devices with unlimited calls for service. I have four PC laptops (2 are Windows 7 and two are Windows 8.1), an Android tablet, an Android smart phone and an iPhone. All my computers and smart phones are supported. Their remote assistance means my computers never have to visit a service center, Supportrix takes care of everything. I have NEVER had a problem their technicians could not solve. They are there for me 24/7 with expert help at a moment’s notice. Supportrix I cannot say enough about this Computer Tech service company. The techs are the best, very polite and friendly, knowledgeable and super effective, in doing what they do to get me back on track with our laptops and printers. X:(System,Active,Primary partition) <<< this one became hiddenĭevice device partition=\Device\HarddiskVolume6 This is how my partitions look: C:(Boot,Page file,Crash dump, Primary partition) I just formatted C: but forgot to set it as the ACTIVE ONE. ![]() I believe my error was not to set partition C: back as the active one, during the installation process where it asks you in which partition to install. Installed Windows 8 on the partition C: and formatted the partition C:, everything installed and after the installation finished, a multiple choice menu appears that reads: restarted my computer, and automatically it booted into the Windows 8 Setup,.opened command prompt and entered bootsect.exe /n60 X:.created a partition X: (NTFS) and set it as the ACTIVE ONE, then put the Windows 8 installation files there.Since I have no CD-ROM this is what I did to install Win8:
